House am Werdersee

In the very middle of the action...

In the year 2000 the House am Werdersee was the first to rise up in the course of the reconstruction of the Dammacker-area. A few years later we find ourselves in the middle of a newly tapped dwelling zone with lots of friendly and helpful neighbours.

The Werdersee (a lake in form of a branch of the river Weser) is before our very doors, the tram stop that leads to the inner city, the sheltered workshops Bremen and to the main station is just a few paces away. Living right between labour and leisure.

Going for a walk, bathing, picknicking, bike-riding... amidst the local recreation area Werdersee. And in the centre of many famous cultural points of interest.

The m|c as a cultural meeting point, is also just a few minutes away going by tram - or even by foot. There the inhabitants can join many courses and other offers.

If you would like to go to church on Sundays, that is a deal of minutes as well. In the Jakobi-Community the people of Bremen feel duly arrived.

Be it the eco-food-store or the supermarlet, your practitioner or dentist, barber or kiosk, ice cream parlour or pub, anything is accessible nearby. The inhabitants are in the middle of it all.

Integration in the districts is the main aim in the house am Werdersee. Another reason why our inhabitants are right there in the middle of it all.
