Furthermore the service helps keeping the contact with officials and institutons. In the focus are always means to enable people to help themselves.
Cause for SPFB can be:
- educational problems
- disregard of children
- social disadvantages
- difficulties at school
- trouble in the relationship between child and parents or between the educating partners
- illness of a parent
- financial problems
- breakup or divorce of the parents
Who can claim for SPFB?
There is the right to receive "educational support". So if you feel you need advice or support or you just do not get along with educational situations all on your own, you do not need to be afraid to turn to the youth welfare office or to specialists in organizations.
The charge for necessary means are usually inherited by the youth welfare office. In most cases the assignment is even encouraged by it. The execution is then undertaken by private institutions like the Martinsclub.
It is important that the measures set on a long-term basis and that the families are ready to cooperate.
