The Martinsclub Bremen e. V. places itself knowingly in the tension zone of relatives and families on the one and professional employees on the other side. Our services are the results of a constructive process of exchange. Without affecting the principles of self-determination and autonomy of the persons concerned, the m|c stands out in many areas of life due to as far as possible ambulant services.

Especially the principle of assistance is, from our view, an appropriate mean of a professional, requirement-focussed form of social work which achieves the aim of integration in the best way.

Yet also in the sector of residential habitation we strengthen the interests of the inhabitants by intensive attendance and advanced training of the home advisory council. Also we incorporate the reasonable wishes and ideas of the relatives. This is enabled through an advisory council of relatives as a society board, where parents and relatives articulate themselves.
