A little better every day - QM in the m|c

Martinsclub Bremen e.V. certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001-2008 since March 2011

The long efforts for QM have payed off at last. For the first time the m|c was awarded with the ISO-certificate by the company "Zertpunkt" - along with another certification according to AZVW which concerns the Martinsclub´s achievements in further education

After days of intensive audits the certification-company was impressed by the ripeness and the advanced state of the management system. "This is rarely to be seen and it shows that the m|c lives its QM-system and profits from it", says the head auditor of "Zertpunkt".

The very extensive quality manual governs the methods and processes in the m|c and works out obligation, transparence and a clear view for customers and employees in all divisions.
